Writing with The Stinging Fly
Common Ground in partnership with The Stinging Fly initiated a series of writing workshops in 2020. We have worked with poet Annemarie Ní Churreáin from the beginning of this programme. Throughout Covid we were fortunate to utilise the People’s Pavillion at IMMA to host workshops.
Following the success of the initial pilot writing workshops in 2020, Common Ground continued to deliver writing workshops through 2021 and 2022 including a writing programme with a women’s group from Fatima Groups United facilitated by poet Annemarie Ní Churreáin.
Common Ground will continue to develop and deliver a writing programme with the local community in 2024.
