‘The Quiet Tree’ at Richmond Barracks

Musictown returns from April 7th to 17th with music events for all ages. Here in Inchicore on April 7th we have a magical music event for the very young. ‘The Quiet Tree’ will be performed in Richmond Barracks at 2pm for young children (aged 3-6) and their families.

It is an intimate traditional music performance where the creatures of Whistleberry Forest discover a little oak tree growing deep in the woods.  However, there are no birds singing, no leaves rustling, and no animals scurrying around its trunk.  This delightful music, storytelling, and puppetry performance takes children and accompanying adults on an adventure through the forest where they will explore musical instruments, sing, dance, and help Ornaith the owl, Sorley the snail, and Faolán the frog bring the little oak tree to life through music.

Tickets are available now on Eventbrite.

*Participating adult(s) must accompany children.

‘The Quiet Tree’ is bought to you by musician Thomas Johnston, Ceol Connected and Common Ground
