Common Ground is a charity (CHY No 13686, Charity Reg. No 20043247) and presents its audited accounts to comply with both the requirements of the Companies Acts 2014, and also the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (Charities SORP FRS102). Feedback and Complaints Procedure
Here at Common Ground we welcome all your comments, general complaints, compliments and feedback. If you wish to contact us about any aspect of our work, you can contact Common Ground in writing or by telephone. In the first instance, your correspondence will be dealt with by our Administrator in a timely manner.
Please provide the following when contacting the organisation:

- As much information as possible regarding your feedback, complaint.
- How you would like us to contact you back

We are open Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 5pm.
We endeavour to resolve all complaints at the first point of contact. If this is not possible, we will work hard to reply to you within five working days and ten working days for letter correspondence.
If you are not satisfied with the response you can escalate your complaint to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Common Ground.
